Hey everyone, let’s take a quick look at how the construction is coming along. We’re making great progress and staying right on schedule.
The foundation and main structure are complete, the walls are up, and roofing is currently underway.
Right now, our teams are installing electrical and plumbing systems, and window frames are going in—so the spaces will soon be filled with natural light.
Next, we’ll move into interior finishes, flooring, and full fit-outs, followed by final inspections and handover preparation.
If everything continues as planned, the first guests and residents can start moving in from late June, with full occupancy expected by mid to late July.
Safety remains our top priority, and we’re proud to report zero incidents so far. Thank you to the entire team for their hard work and commitment.
