Good morning, everyone. Welcome to Riverdale Horizon School, I'm glad you can all attend this meeting. Today, I want to quickly walk you through our teacher evaluation process, fair, supportive, and designed to help every one of you shine.

Our evaluation focuses on key areas: classroom management, lesson planning, student engagement, subject expertise, professionalism, and student progress. We also value teamwork and collaboration among staff.

The process includes classroom observations, lesson plan reviews, and occasionally student feedback. These help us understand your real strengths and the impact you make every day.

After observations, we’ll have a supportive feedback session, simple, constructive, and focused on enhancing pacing, strategies, and overall classroom flow.

You can boost your evaluation by joining school activities like leading clubs, organizing assemblies, attending workshops, mentoring new teachers, updating your portfolio, or creating creative teaching aids.
