Background Screening Process

At SwiftCart, safety, trust, and reliability are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why every new hire goes through our Background Check Process.
Here’s how it works: First, after you’ve accepted your offer, you’ll receive a secure link to complete an online consent form. This gives us permission to begin the check.
Next, our screening partner will verify key information—such as your identity, work history, education, and, where applicable, driving records. Depending on the role, this may also include a criminal background check.
To keep things moving smoothly, make sure your application details are accurate and respond quickly to any requests for additional documents.
Once the review is complete, HR will confirm your results and share next steps for onboarding.
