Starting with respect and inclusion. We rise by lifting others. We have zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination. Speak up if you witness misconduct, champion inclusion in every scene

Next core pillar is ethical decision making. Integrity is non-negotiable. Report conflicts of interest, protect confidential projects. Use the 24/7 ethics hotline for anonymous concerns.

The next pillar is safety and compliance, safety first, always. Follow OSHA and SAG-AFTRA guidelines mandatory training for hazardous shoots. Retaliation is forbidden, period.

The last and most important pillar is social responsiblity, we leave sets better than we found them. Sustainable practices on all productions and most of all, we respect local communities and use our platform for positive change.
