Inventory Restock Training

Welcome to Everfresh Supplies. This is our Inventory Restocking Process—designed to keep operations smooth, accurate, and efficient.

First, check the daily restock list on the warehouse tablet. This list is generated from our inventory tracking system, showing items that have reached their reorder point.

Next, collect the necessary stock from the back storage area. Verify product names, quantities, and batch numbers against the restock list before moving them to the floor.

When placing items on shelves, follow our ‘first-in, first-out’ rule—ensuring older stock is placed at the front and newer stock at the back. This prevents product expiry and waste.

Once shelves are replenished, update the inventory system immediately to reflect the new stock levels. If any discrepancies are found—such as damaged goods or missing items—report them to the shift supervisor before closing your restock task.

By following these steps, we maintain consistency, reduce errors, and make sure our customers always find what they need.
