Cancel your flight effortlessly online via ‘My Bookings’ up to 24 hours before departure. Simply log in with your booking code and surname. Click ‘Cancel’, we handle the rest automatically. If you booked directly with us, your refund is processed instantly.

Your refund, including taxes, returns to your original payment method for unused tickets. If part of your trip is already complete, we’ll refund the unused portion based on your fare. Be sure to check your fare conditions in your booking confirmation.

If we cancel your flight, request a full refund online or through your travel advisor. Agency bookings? Contact them directly for swift resolution.
