This is an urgent message from Skincare Studio. Please watch this video carefully—it contains important information that all staffs need to be aware of.

Due to severe flooding in the area, we are activating our emergency safety plan to ensure the well-being of all staff.

If you’re currently in the studio, please evacuate through the nearest marked exit.

Avoid basement levels and follow instructions from local authorities.

Studios in the affected region will remain closed until further notice. All client appointments will be paused and rescheduled for a later date.

Please stay in touch with your studio manager and monitor updates via email and staff chat. For urgent support, contact the emergency line listed in your employee handbook.
