If you'd like to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Start by visiting our Returns Center online and fill out the return request form. Once approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Please note: Final sale, customized, or damaged items not due to our error are not eligible for return.
