All videos and related virtual human avatars created on the Rendora platform are fully protected by complete copyright.

II. Commercial Video Licensing

Copyright for video works consists of both commercial use rights and asset usage rights. The following policies apply:

1. Commercial Use Rights — Tiered Policy

Commercial rights depend on your subscription package:

• Trial Version:
• • Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  • Only allowed for technical testing, personal learning, and non-public scenarios.
• Personal Version:
• • Individuals may use videos for self-media, personal brand promotion, and other non-institutional commercial contexts.
• Enterprise Version:
• • Businesses may use videos for corporate branding, marketing, and other large-scale or systematic commercial activities.

2. Asset Copyright & Usage Policy

• Platform Asset Library:
• • Users may freely use built-in assets (templates, sounds, etc.) according to the terms of their subscription.
  • Reselling, reverse-engineering, or extracting assets for use outside of the video content is strictly prohibited.
• User-Uploaded Assets:
• • Users must ensure all uploaded assets (images, audio, text, etc.) are either owned by them or are properly licensed for use.
  • Any copyright disputes involving user-uploaded assets are the sole responsibility of the uploader. The platform reserves the right to seek compensation for any losses caused by infringement.
