I. Personal Center Introduction & Access
Welcome to the Rendora Personal Center! Click your avatar in the upper right corner of the homepage to quickly access your Personal Center—a one-stop platform for managing your account, tracking expenses, handling entitlements, and managing orders and invoices. Whether you’re a new or long-time user, you’ll find stable and efficient service here.
Key Features:
- Account Settings: Personalize your nickname and password, bind/unbind your mobile/WeChat account, and (for team accounts) manage authentication and permissions.
- Consumption Records: Track your Yan Coin usage in real time for model generation, asset application, and more.
- Entitlement Management: View your current entitlements, top up Yan Coins and cloud storage, and manage your benefits flexibly.
- Orders & Invoices: Generate e-invoices with one click, search/export your order history anytime.
- Team Management (Admins Only): Add or remove team members, and monitor resource usage and spending in real time.
Ⅱ. Account Settings
1. Personal Account Management
- How to access Account Settings:
- Click the avatar in the top right corner and select “Account Settings.”
- How to modify profile information:
- Account Name: Click the “edit” icon next to your name to rename your account.
- Nickname: Click your current nickname; enter a new nickname in the popup to confirm.
- WeChat Account Binding:
- Click "Bind WeChat," scan the QR code, and authorize. For re-binding, unbind the old account first, then repeat the process.
- Click "Unbind WeChat" to remove existing WeChat binding instantly.
- How to change your password (Personal accounts):
- - Click "Change Password" → enter the email verification code and new password → click "Confirm" to complete the password update.
- How to Bind/Unbind an Email for a Personal Account?
- If you need to change your bound email (for example, during a plan migration), click "Change Email" → enter the new email and verification code → click "Confirm" to complete the update.
2. Team Account Information
- Certification Information Inquiry (Viewable by Team Accounts Only):
- Certification status and validity period
- Full company name (as registered with business authorities)
- Authorized administrator contact information (Email /name)
- Team profile customizations:
- In Team Management, click the edit icon next to the account name to upload a new avatar or change the nickname. Click save to apply.
Ⅲ. Credits Consumption Records
1. How to Check Your and Members’ Consumption
- Path: Homepage > click avatar (top right) > “Consumption Records”
- Permissions:
- Individuals and team members can view their own Yan Coin use.
- Team admins must go to “Team Management > Usage Details” to view all members’ and their own consumption data.

How to Access:
From the YouYan Home Page, tap the profile icon in the upper right corner. Then select Team Management to enter the Team Management page.
- Member Management View:
- View Member Information:
You can see details for each member, including name, role, join date, email, Credits usage, and Cloud Storage usage. - View Usage Details:
You can review each member’s detailed Credits and Cloud Storage usage. - Cloud Storage Usage: View storage used for resources and final products.
- Usage Records: Check the Credits consumption history.
- How to Access: On the Team Management page, click “Usage Details” in the action column to view.

From the Rendora Home Page, tap the profile icon in the upper right corner, then select Usage Records to enter the Usage Records page. - Notes:
- Only team members can access Usage Records to view their Credits consumption.
- Team administrators do not have access to Usage Records. Administrators can view their own and other members’ usage details via the “Usage Details” option in Team Management.
- How to Access:
- Credits Consumption Records Table Overview:
- Time:
The timestamp for each stage where Credits are consumed during video creation. You can sort by time. - Object Name:
The name of the project or item for which Credits were spent. You can search by name. - Object Type:
The stage of video creation where Credits were spent (e.g., Project, Final Product, 3D Avatar). Filtering and multi-selection are supported. - Action:
The specific action where Credits were consumed (e.g., 3D Generation, AIGC Script Creation, Exporting Final Video, Queue Acceleration, 3D Avatar Rendering). Filters and multi-selection are supported. - Credits Spent:
The amount of Credits used at each stage when creating a video. You can sort by the number of Credits consumed.

Ⅳ. Entitlement Management
1. Individual Account Entitlements
On the Benefits Management page, you can view and manage your subscription benefits, Credits balance, and Cloud Storage usage—all in one place. You can also purchase additional value-added services in real time.
- How to View Your Current Benefits:
- Go to the Benefits Management page: From the home page, tap the profile icon in the upper right corner → select Benefits Management.
- Displayed Information:
- Credits Overview: Shows your total available Credits (including those from subscriptions, promotions, and purchases).
- Storage Usage: Displays the proportion of Cloud Storage used by your final products library and resource materials.
- Benefit Validity Period: Lists the start and end dates for each subscription and promotion.
- Credits Management
- How to Check:
- Click “Current Credits / All Credits” → select “View Details”.
- Data Dimensions:
- Type: Subscription Credits / Promotional Rewards / Purchased Credits
- Balance Statistics: Total Held / Consumed / Remaining
- Timeline: Validity period and expiration warnings
- Acquisition Methods:
- Permanent Purchase: Buy Credits packages directly; no expiration.
- Event Rewards: Earn rewards by joining platform/community or marketing events.
- Subscription Bonus: Automatically received with subscription packages on a recurring basis.
- Purchase Rules:
- Purchases can only be made during your subscription validity.
- Select the corresponding Credits type.
- Complete payment to recharge.
- Cloud Storage Space Management
- How to View: Click "Cloud Storage Space" and select "View Details".
- Data Display:
- Category Statistics: Shows the usage ratio of Finished Projects Library and Asset Resources.
- Usage Details: Displays the allocation of storage space for each project.
- Validity Period: Reminds you when the complimentary package space is about to expire.
- Storage Expansion Plan
- You can apply for storage expansion during your package's validity period. Simply enter the required capacity and complete the payment to activate the additional space.
Note: Storage expansion is only available within the current package validity period.
2. Team Account Entitlements
- Benefits Overview and Inquiry
- Accessing Benefits Management
- How to navigate: From the platform homepage, click the profile icon in the top right corner, then go to the "Benefits Management" page.
- Core Data:
- Credits Total: Real-time display of available team Yan coins (including package, promotional, and additional purchases).
- Storage Space: Analysis of the usage ratio between finished project library and asset resources.
- Benefit Period: Expiry reminders for all types of Yan coins and storage space.
- Credits Lifecycle Management
- How to Check:
- Click Current Credits / Total Credits to view credits by type (Subscription / Promotion / Bulk Purchase).
- Select View Details to see consumption trends and expiry countdown.
- Credits Rules:
- Permanent Bulk Purchase: Credits bought in bulk never expire and can be shared by the entire team.
- Promotional Rewards: Earn time-limited Credits (valid for 3-90 days) by joining community or live events.
- Subscription Package: Credits are issued regularly with your subscription and expire automatically at the end of each period.
- Bulk Purchase Restrictions:
- Bulk purchase is only available during the current subscription period.
- Select the quantity to purchase and pay through the company’s payment channel.
- Cloud Storage Management
- Storage Analysis:
- Click Cloud Storage to view the distribution of your storage (Final Products / Resource Library / Temporary Files).
- Capacity Warning: The system notifies you when usage reaches 80%.
- Expansion Plan:
- Storage can be expanded online during the subscription period—choose an add-on package (starting from 100GB), and settle payment through the company account.
- All historical data is automatically migrated, so team collaboration is not affected.
- Enterprise Benefits Upgrade
- Customized Services:
Team administrators can go to the Enterprise Services page and click Exclusive Plan Consultation. - A dedicated account manager will contact you within 24 hours to provide:

Ⅴ. Team Management
1. Permissions & Basic Functions
Management Access Path:
From the Rendora Home Page, click the profile icon in the upper right corner → select Team Management to enter the Team Management page.
Permissions after Entering Team Management:
- Member View:
- View member profiles (Name / Role / Join Date / Contact Info)
- Monitor member resource usage (Credits consumption / Storage space usage)
- View Usage Details:
- Enter the Usage Details page to check resource consumption by member
- Storage Analysis: See resource and final product storage distribution
- Credits Consumption Ledger: Filter by project or operation type to check usage history
2. Inviting Members to Join
How to Manage Members:
- Add Member:
The super administrator initiates an invitation → copies the unique invitation link → shares it with the candidate.
3. Removing Members
- Remove Member:
The super administrator can remove members from the team: - Select the member → click "Remove Cooperation" → confirm to permanently delete the member account.
- Data Ownership: The removed member's works/final products are archived in the admin backend for management by the administrator.
- Recovery Mechanism: Manual recovery or re-invitation is supported; historical data is retained automatically.
- Team Transfer:
Super administrators can transfer team ownership to another team member. - Disband Team:
Only the super administrator can initiate this by submitting a request to the business department. After approval, the team account will be permanently closed.
4. Team Ownership Transfer
- Transfer Process:
The super administrator goes to Team Management → clicks Transfer Ownership → generates a unique transfer link → authorizes the new administrator. - Note:
The transfer only takes effect after the new administrator completes identity verification.
Ⅵ. Orders & Invoice Service
- On the Order Invoice page, you can view historical order information, including order number, product details, validity period, quantity, unit price, actual payment, payment method, order completion time, order status, and available actions.
- The system also supports issuing invoices online and viewing invoice details, including order number, company name/personal name, type, amount, status, application time, and invoice issuance time.
1. View Order List
- View Order History
- Path: Home page, click the profile icon in the top right corner → Order Invoice page
- View Purchased Orders
- You can view details such as order number, product information, validity period, quantity, unit price, actual payment, payment method, order completion time, and status.
2. Apply for Invoice (VAT Special Invoice / Regular Invoice)
Invoice Application
(Applicable to: Online payment orders only)
Operation Guide:
- Go to the Order Invoice page
- Select the target order
- Click Apply for Invoice
- Fill in the invoice information
Details for Filling Invoice Information:
- VAT Special Invoice:
- Must provide company full name, taxpayer identification number, and recipient email.
- Regular Invoice:
- Supports personal name or company name; recipient email is required.
Processing Time:
- After the information is approved, the electronic invoice will be sent to your email within 3-5 business days.
- Invoice Status Tracking
- Query Path: Order Invoice page → switch to the Invoice tab
- Display Fields:
- Invoice code/type/amount/application time/invoice status
- Download PDF electronic invoice (after successful issuance)
Ⅶ. Publishing & Managing Works
1. Personal Works Lifecycle
- Publishing:Homepage > Profile > “Publish Work”
- Status Flow:
- Under Review: System compliance check (within 1 business day)
- Approved, Pending Publication: Online in 24 hours
- Published: Public, available for sharing and interaction
- Taking Down/Republishing:
- Take Down: Select, click “Take Down,” re-confirm—status switches to unpublished. Re-audit before re-publishing.
- Re-publish: Select unpublished work, click “Apply to Publish,” enters review queue.
- Platform Content Review Standards
- Approval Criteria:
- Content complies with the "Regulations on the Administration of Online Audio-Visual Information Services"
- Video resolution is ≥1080P
- Audio signal-to-noise ratio is >50dB
Note: Common Reasons for Rejection:
- Contains sensitive information or vulgar content
- Blurry images, audio and video out of sync, or black borders exceeding 15%
- Use of unauthorized copyrighted materials
2. Team Collaboration Guidelines
- Permission Levels:
- Admins: Can publish/take down all team works
- Members: “Copy to Team Space”—admin must approve publishing
- Team Project Release Workflow
- Operation Path:
- Team members upload works to [Team Shared Space] → Submit release application
- Admin reviews → Upon approval, work is automatically published to the Project Center
- Status Tracking: Team members can view real-time review progress on the [Team Homepage]
- Batch Management:
- Filter works by project or date
- Admins can batch export metadata (including review records)
- Enterprise version provides additional copyright watermark embedding
- Workflow Examples:
- On the “Projects” page, you can view exported works. Click “Copy to Team Space” to publish in the shared space.
- In [Shared Space], select the “Finished Works” module to publish the final version.
- After publishing, go to Youyan Home Page, click the profile icon at the top right > Team Homepage to view the published video details.
