I. What is the Gallery?
1. Overview
The Works Center offers hundreds of high-quality video templates covering a wide range of industries and scenarios. Templates are either created and published by the platform or by users, and support easy customization. You can use these templates as starting points for rapid, personalized video creation.
2. Key Functions and Structure
2.1 Diverse Templates
- The Works Center features a variety of professionally designed templates that suit different industry and usage scenarios. All official templates are meticulously crafted for high visual quality, professional layout, and strong context fit.
- Enterprise users can also publish their own finished works as templates to the Works Center to share with the community.
2.2 Personalized Creation
- All templates in the Works Center support one-click personalization. Once you choose a template, you can enter the editor and customize any element to perfectly match your brand or business needs.
II. Using Platform Templates
Published templates in the Works Center support the following:
1. Browsing & Filtering Templates
1.1 Filter Options
Quickly find matching templates using these filters:
- Industry: Select an industry tag (e.g., Finance, Training, Retail/Consumer).
- Application Scenario: Select a primary scenario and, if applicable, expand to pick sub-scenarios.
- Selecting a primary will auto-select all subs.
- Use the arrow to expand or clear all/individual selections with “×”.
- Language: Click the Language tag to view Chinese or English templates only.
- Sorting Options: Toggle between "Recommended" (default) and "Latest".
- Format: Choose landscape (16:9) or portrait (9:16) in the upper-right of the display area.
- Scene Type: Use the dropdown for staging style, sitting, standing, etc.
1.2 Preview Templates
- Operation Path: Hover your mouse over the target video template card.
- Click anywhere on the card to open the preview window.
- Or click the "Preview" button at the bottom of the card to open the preview window.
- Features:
- Preview: Supports pause/play, volume adjustment, view mode switching (full-screen/picture-in-picture), quality selection, and progress bar drag. Dragging the progress bar lets you instantly locate specific frames.
- Template Description: The preview window displays the full template title, author, tags, and description, clarifying creation scenarios and features.
- Similar Recommendations: At the bottom, recommended templates of similar styles are provided. Click to preview directly and explore more creative ideas.
- Template Browsing: Navigation buttons on the left and right sides let you sequentially preview adjacent templates, ensuring a smooth browsing experience.
2. Create With This Template
Click the “Create With This Template” button to start personalizing any template.
Paths:
- (1) On the template card, click “Create With This Template” to enter the editor.
- (2) In the preview window, click the “Create With This Template” button.
- (3) While previewing a similar recommended template, use its “Create With This Template” button to start.
3. Share Templates
Share templates with other users for efficient resource distribution. Teams and Enterprise users can directly share with internal members.
Paths:
- (1) Click the share icon in the top-right of the template card.
- (2) In the preview window, click the share icon on the video preview.
4. Favorite Templates
You can add or remove templates from your favorites for quick access any time.
After favoriting, click “View” to go to your favorite templates, or use the homepage nav: My Favorites > Templates.
Paths:
- (1) On the template card, click the favorite icon.
- (2) In the preview window, click the favorite icon.
5. Publish Templates
Share your custom templates to the platform for others to use:
- Personal Users:Go to Personal Space > Finished Works, select your content, and click “Publish to Works Center”.
- Team/Enterprise Users:Copy your personal finished work to the Team Space first, then have an admin publish as a template.
