I. Registering a Rendora Account
1. Registering a Account
Step 1: Visit the Rendora .
Step 2: Click [Get start for Free].
Step 3: On the Login/Register page, select a login/registration method:
- Email Registration/Login:
- Enter your email address and click [Get Code].
- Enter the code you receive.
- Carefully review the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you agree, check the box, then click [Login/Register] to submit your information.
- Password Login:
- Enter your email/username and password.
- Click [Login].
- If the credentials are correct, you’ll log in successfully.
🔔 Tip: If you forget your password, click [Forgot Password] to reset it.
Step 4: Once registration is successful, you can start using Rendora.
2. Password Reset
- Click [Forgot Password] on the login page.
- Enter your email address and click [Get Code].
- Enter the code for verification.
- Enter your new password twice to confirm.
- Your password will be reset.
Ⅱ. Team Accounts
1. Creating a Team Account
step 1: Log in and go to the homepage.
step 2: Click your profile icon (top right) > [[Switch Account] > [Create Team].
step 3: Fill in the required information on the team creation page, then click [Create Now].
After creating a team account, you’ll unlock features such as team management, team space, and brand guidelines.
2. Team Account Verification
step 1: Go to the homepage, click your profile icon (top right) > [Account Settings].
step 2: Under [Verification Info,] click [Verify Now].
step 3: Fill in the required verification details.
🟡 Note: Make sure your registered company name, the name on your uploaded business license or certification, and the name stamped on your official company letter are all consistent.
3. Upgrading Team Account
If you wish to upgrade to a Team Starter plan, go to [Pricing] > [Team] and follow the prompts to upgrade.
Ⅲ. Switching Accounts
To switch accounts, log in, click your profile icon (top right), and choose [Switch Account].
Ⅳ. Account Deletion
1. Deleting a Personal Account
- Log in and go to Account Settings. Hover over the top-right options and click [Delete Account].
- Carefully review the [Account Deletion Notice] and confirm by checking the box and clicking [Continue Deletion].
- Verify your identity with a phone code.
- On the confirmation page, click [Continue Deletion] again.
🛑 Important:
Once your Rendora account is deleted, all associated data will be lost and cannot be recovered.
2. Deleting a Team Account
Currently, Rendora only supports personal account deletion through the website. If you need to delete a team account, please contact customer support for assistance.
Ⅴ. FAQ
Q1: What if I’m not receiving the verification code?
- Make sure your phone number is entered correctly and the SIM is active.
- Check your SMS app to ensure messages aren’t blocked or filtered.
- Check your network signal, and try requesting the code in different locations.
- Restart your phone if needed.
If you have tried all troubleshooting steps and still aren’t receiving the code, contact customer support with your number and the time of your attempt.
Q2: Unable to register for Rendora?
- If it’s due to not receiving the verification code, follow the troubleshooting steps above.
- Registration is only available for China-based phone numbers. The system auto-detects your country based on your IP. Using a VPN or being outside China may prevent successful registration.
- Check your internet connection and browser compatibility. Try clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser.
If the issue persists, contact customer support with your phone number and the time of your attempt.
